In our daily business, we often meet some customers who purchase for the first time or don't know much about the steel rope to inquire about the steel rope. Because they lack relevant knowledge, they simply ask how much the steel rope costs, but they don't know that different specifications, different strength and other conditions are the main reasons for the price difference.
In order to facilitate the inquiry of friends, I hope the following elements can be confirmed with the final purchaser in advance before purchasing, so as to improve the efficiency of communication with the factory.
Elements of wire rope procurement:
When asking for quotation, the model of steel wire rope shall be reported completely:

4、 Wire rope surface treatment: the wire rope surface treatment has the distinction of smooth, galvanized, plastic coated and stainless steel materials
5、 Purchase quantity of steel wire rope: inquiry can be made in meters, kilograms and tons
6、 Other requirements: including what is the raw material, tensile strength of steel wire, whether galvanizing or hot galvanizing is required, requirements for rope core (hemp core or steel core), diameter of plastic coated steel wire rope itself and diameter after plastic coating, delivery date and place of the manufacturer, etc.
